At OpenPath Finder, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we provide refunds for our subscriptions, digital products, and merchandise.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Subscription Refunds

Premium Membership Refunds

For our monthly Premium Membership subscriptions:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription.
  • If you are not satisfied with your Premium Membership within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund.
  • After the 14-day period, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual Premium Membership subscriptions:

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription.
  • If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
  • After 30 days, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis at our discretion, less a £25 administrative fee.
  • To qualify for a prorated refund, you must demonstrate that you cannot use our services due to technical issues on our end or other exceptional circumstances.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. To avoid charges for the next billing period:

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Digital Product Refunds

E-Books, Tutorials, and Digital Resources

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for downloaded or accessed digital content, including e-books, tutorials, guides, and other digital resources, except in the following circumstances:

  • The digital product is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed properly.
  • The product description was materially misrepresented.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product.

Refund requests for digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase and before substantial downloading or consumption of the content has occurred.

Online Courses and Workshops

For our online courses and workshops:

  • We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase or from the course start date, whichever is later.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content.
  • You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course.
  • Upon approval of your refund request, your access to the course will be revoked.

Physical Merchandise Refunds

Return Eligibility

For physical products such as art prints, books, and merchandise:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • For apparel, all tags must be attached and items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Art prints must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items that have been damaged after delivery

Return Process

To return a physical product:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the return process described above.
  • Specify in your email that you want an exchange rather than a refund.
  • Indicate the item, size, or color you would like instead.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Event and Workshop Refunds

For in-person or virtual events, workshops, and webinars:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your registration to another person or to a future event of equal value.

If we cancel or reschedule an event:

  • You will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event, transfer to another event, or receive a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to event cancellations or changes.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and the product or service for which you're requesting a refund.
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
  4. For physical products, wait for return authorization before shipping items back.

All refund requests will be processed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may have additional processing times that are beyond our control.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases such as:
